HAVV (Help America Vote Verification) system does not require a valid photo ID to register for voting, just an SSN number is needed, which a few states allow anyone to obtain it.
By now Texas has an increase of 1,250,710 new voters registered with SSN numbers only, Pensilvania has 580,513 new voters registered with SSN numbers only, Arizona has 220,731 new voters without photo IDs registered.
Illegals can get SSN numbers for working in the states listed above, then they use it to register for voting.
