On Jan 3rd, the Biden administration filled a law suit against the state asking the Supreme Court of Texas to null the governor's law.

The leftists claims the State of Texas has no authority over the immigrants who crossed the border illegaly and it's up to the federal system to impose such control, as many of the immigrants are entitle to apply for different types of change of status, i.e. asylum seekers.

Federal law allows DHS "the power and the duty to control and guard" the border against illegal entry and to "perform such other acts as ... necessary for carrying out [such] authority".

Abbott claims he is the only governor in the U.S. that is trying to stop the massive illegal immigration and will "take his chances" in the lawsuit, as defendant, against Biden administration.

Texas, in fact, is the only wall the U.S. has against any type of invasion, and this is why the state is the most armed in the entire country.

Most evidences show a free influx of military aged men, in the most unstable moment in the world, where the Biden administration seems to be raging conflicts all over the planet in order to move on to the 2030's agenda on his way.

New York City, for example, says more than 150,000 migrants have passed through the city's shelter system since last spring, with over 67,000 migrants currently in the city's care as it continues to plead for more federal assistance as it truggles to deal with the migrant crisis.

The Armed Texans may be the last chance the entire country has to defend itself.
